Question:
What version is the client/server Avigilon software?
Answer: Version 6.14.4.6

Question: How many camera licenses?
Answer: We currently have 8 product keys with a total of 49 cameras licensed

Question: What are the server specification?
Answer:
Make: Supermicro
Model: x10sat Windows 2012 Processor-Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1226 v3 @ 3.30GHz, 3301 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s) Installed Physical Memory (RAM)8.00 GB

Question: Does the vendor pull the coax cable out of the wall?
Answer: No, the coax just needs to be cut but can be left

Question: Does the District require 5 mega pixels cameras indoors?
Answer: Indoor cameras can be 3-5 mega pixels.

Question: How to propose suggested cameras, placements, etc.?
Answer: All proposers should submit the requirements of RFP as a base (minimum requirement), suggested information should be submitted as an alternate (prices reflected accordingly).

Question: A question was asked about the two different types of cameras and what we are looking for, I would ask that pricing for H5A and H5SL be included when turning in your bids.  We would also ask that you also include in your RFP upgrading all current cameras to version 7.
